• Terroir: From the higher part of Charmes ("Dessus"), gentle slope.
• Vinification: Directly pressed and settled for 24 hours. Fermentation and aging for 6 months in 350L new oak barrels. Aged another 5 months in amphora and 4 more months in stainless steel. No fining.
