    • Variety: Chardonnay
    • Terroir: 300m slope, white chalk and clay soil. Cooler site, close to the forest and exposed to northern winds.
    • Vinification: Grapes directly pressed and settled for 24 hours. Fermentation and aging on the lees in used barrels. Aged 12 months, racked once and aged another 4 months in stainless steel. No fining.
