• Vine Age: Planted in the 1970s
• Terroir: Located on the southern edge of the Beaune appellation, just below the 1er Crus.
• Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic (not certified), plowed with a Chenillard under the vines, all of the farming in the neighbor's section done by Catharina since 2024.
• Vinification: 50-80% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel, aged for 12-16 months in used barrels, minimal added SO2.
