• Size: 0.48 hectares (1.19 acres) total: 0.18 ha (0.45 ac) Domaine owned and 0.30 ha (0.74 ac) purchased from the neighbors
• Variety: Pinot Noir
• Vine Age: Planted in the 1970s
• Terroir: Located on the southern side of the appellation, just below the 1er Crus.
• Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic (not certified), plowed with a Chenillard under the vines, all of the farming in the neighbor's section done by Catharina since 2024.
• Vinification: 50% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months in used barrels. Minimal SO2 additions throughout.
