• Viticulture: Biodynamic (not certified), taken over by the Domaine in 2022.
• Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters in a vertical press, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 10 months in 228 and 500 L barrels, SO2 added after malolactic conversion.
