• Terroir: En Reniard (east-facing, planted north to south, on the plain extending from the Combe Lavaux, on deep, red soil with alluvium and scree) and Combe du Bas (in the center of the village, east-facing, shallow, rocky, limestone-rich soil with marl and gravel, produces grapes with millerandage)
• Viticulture: Purchased fruit, sustainable
• Vinification: Vinified separately, both 50% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 14 months in used barrels, blended before bottling, SO2 added in small doses throughout.
