- Variety: Pinot Noir
- Terroir: From Sur Roches (at the top of a southeast-facing slope, close to the forest, planted from north to south, very shallow topsoil with many exposed stones) and Paux Bois (at the same level as Sur Roches but to the left towards the valley, same soil).
- Viticulture: Sur Roches: farmed by the Les Horées team, organic and biodynamic (not certified), horse plowed. Paux Bois: purchased grapes, sustainable.
- Vinification: Vinified together, 50% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel with no added SO2, aged for 14 months in used barrels, minimal added SO2 after malolactic fermentation.
