Additional Info

2023: Same as 2022.

2022: 50% Gewürztraminer, 50% Pinot Gris (20% infused). In the warm and concentrated 2022 vintage, the goal was to maintain freshness and drinkability. The Gewürztraminer and 30% of the Pinot Gris grapes were de-stemmed, macerated and pressed. The remaining 20% of the Pinot Gris was picked later (riper) and directly pressed and then added to the marc of the Pinot Gris grapes that had already been pressed.

2021: Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc vinified and aged together.

No added SO2 2016-2021.
