2022: 70% Riesling (10% directly pressed), 30% Pinot Gris. 60% of the Riesling and all the Pinot Gris was macerated together for 10 days in tank, with the remaining 10% of Riesling directly pressed and blended in.
No added SO2 2015-2020.
