    2024: 100% Gewürztraminer, directly pressed.

    2023: 80% Gewürztraminer, 20% Riesling. Gewürztraminer: 50% de-stemmed and macerated for 2-3 days, 50% directly pressed. Riesling: directly pressed. Blended together for fermentation.

    2022: 65% Gewürztraminer (35% macerated), 35% Riesling. Gewürztraminer: 35% macerated for 3-4 days, 30% directly pressed and added to the tank to infuse with the already macerated grapes for another 2 to 3 days. Riesling: directly pressed and blended after fermentation.

    2021: 80% Gewürztraminer, 20% Riesling. Both varieties directly pressed and infused with the marc from the Gewürztraminer of Artisan.
