    • Vinification: Pressed pneumatically with whole clusters, lightly settled, ambient yeast fermentation in 300 and 350-liter barrels. Aged for 12 months in barrels (up to 30% new), followed by 5 months in tank. SO2 only added after malolactic fermentation and at bottling.

    Located in a vineyard bordering Chassagne Montrachet, Les Prarons translates to “long fields”. Plantation density is 10,000 vines per hectare. Rootstock is massal selection only and vines are trained into Guyot Poussard.
