Livestock for manure and compost, produces its own biodynamic preparations from locally sourced herbs and plants, and sources silica nearby. Permanent vegetative cover, minimal tillage and biodiversity are central to the farming.

- Vinification (Red): Some whole cluster, pump-overs, aged for 9-12 months in used barrels and stainless steel, some filtration, minimal SO2.
