• Terroir: From vines located at the bottom of the lieu-dit "Les Pichons," adjoining the domaine and downslope from "Mont Damnés," on clay-limestone soils
• Viticulture: Organic (in official conversion)
• Vinification: 100% whole cluster, vinified (with no added SO2) in open tank, maceration lasts about one month but with very little extraction, aged in older barrel for about 15 months with precise racking, no fining, no filtration.
