    • Terroir: From vines located at the bottom of the lieu-dit "Les Pichons," adjoining the domaine and downslope from "Mont Damnés," on clay-limestone soils

    • Vinification: 20 to 50% whole cluster, vinified (with no added SO2) in open tank, maceration lasts about one month but with very little extraction, aged in wooden tank (50%) and older barrel (50%) for about 15 months with precise racking, no fining, no filtration.
