  • Viticulture: Certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Biodyvin), high-density plantation with 8,500 vines/ha, single Guyot pruning.
  • Vinification: De-stemmed and pressed, cold settled, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 6 months in 500L barrels, blocked malolactic fermentation, blended and aged for a few additional months in concrete tanks, lightly filtered, SO2 added just once before bottling.

This cuvée was previously known as "Nos Premiers Chenins" and was changed to "Champtoisé - Chenin sur Granite" with the 2023 vintage.
