• Viticulture: Certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Biodyvin), high-density plantation of 8,500 vines/ha, single Guyot pruning.
• Vinification: Directly pressed, ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 6 months in 500L barrels. Blocked malolactic fermentation, lightly filtered.
