    • Terroir: Gamay from multiple plots: Fief Vendéens, Forez, and Gaillac. Syrah and Grenache from Espira de l’Agly in Roussillon.

    • Vinification: Varieties are vinified separately, partial whole cluster (20-40% for Gamay, 20% for Syrah, 40% for Grenache), 2-3 week ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 6 months in cement tanks, racked, blended and lightly filtered before bottling.
