Additional Info
This cuvée is named for millerandage: a mix of average and smaller-sized grapes in one cluster that all ripen at the same pace, resulting in a higher skin-to-juice ratio, fewer pips and more phenolic complexity. These grapes come from older vines in a cooler climat: culminating in this effect each year.
High density of planting of 10,000 vines per hectare. Trellised vines, single Guyot pruning.
