    • Terroir: Below Le Chambertin, along the Route des Grands Crus, 230m elevation, southeastern exposition, brown limestone soil, marl bedrock.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable
    • Vinification: Double-sorted on a vibrating table and a sorting table. 100% de-stemmed, minimal SO2 addition to the must. Short cold maceration. 12-25 day ambient yeast fermentation in open vat. Aged for 14 months in barrels (20% new), blended and aged another 3 months in stainless steel tank. No fining and gentle filtration if necessary.
