    • Terroir: A blend of four parcels. Les Pins: 400m elevation, western exposition, shallow soil, 65+ year old vines. Le Devant des Cloux/ Derrière Frétille: top of the slope, white marl soils, forest just above, planted in 1990. Sous Frétille: top of the slope; southeastern exposure, 65+ years old. Vignes Blanches: white marl soil.
    • Viticulture: Sustainable, organic methods
    • Vinification: Pressed with whole clusters. Ambient yeast fermentation starting in stainless steel tank and finished in barrels (lightly used). Aged 10 months, routine bâtonnage. Lightly filtered, minimal SO2 additions.
