    • Terroir: From "Les Hoz", a terraced site behind the Château de Mélin, cool climate, close to a channel of water, south-facing, on mostly white limestone soils.
    • Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert, 2022), massale selection
    • Vinification: Ambient yeast fermentation and aging for 21-24 months in 228 and/or 350 L barrels (15-30% new), blended and aged for an additional 3-4 months in tank.

    A note from Agnès: "The patience cuvée was born in 2006 from a desire to take the time to grow our Auxey-Duresses Les Hoz and to put it to the test of controlled aging. With patience, we have found the method through which these grapes reveal their most beautiful notes while respecting the terroir of the plot."
