• Vine Age: Lieu-dit "Les Lurets" in the commune of Volnay are young vines that were planted in 2015, vines in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune are 40 years old
• Terroir: From the parcel of Les Perrières, located within the parcel of Les Frionnes in Saint-Aubin
• Viticulture: Lutte Raisonnée, organic methods
• Vinification: Indigenous yeast fermentation in barrel. Aged for 12 months in barrel (30% new) followed by an additional 4 months in stainless steel tank before bottling.
