Terroir: The wine is a blend of two parcels: Lieut-dit "Les Lurets" in Volnay on deep and rich clay soils, and the lieu-dit "Sous le Château" from the Hautes Côtes de Beaune on clay-limestone soils.
Viticulture: Lutte Raisonnée, organic methods
Vinification: Indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks (85%) and barrel (15%).
