    • Terroir: A blend of two parcels, both on clay-limestone soils. There are younger vines in Meloisey, and 40+ year-old vines in the lieu-dit of Sous le Château in Baubigny.
    • Viticulture: Lutte Raisonnée, organic methods
    • Vinification: Indigenous yeast fermentation and aging in barrel (450L, little to no new oak) for 10 months, followed by another 2 months in tank.
