Terroir: Located in Meloisey on shallow red soils with the hard limestone bedrock just underneath and resurfacing.
• Viticulture: Lutte Raisonnée, organic methods
• Vinification: May be some experimentation with whole cluster, but usually 100% de-stemmed. Indigenous yeast fermentation in cement tank. Aged in barrel (little to no new oak) for 10 months.
