    • Vine Age: Half planted in the 1950s and the other half in 2000
    • Terroir: "Les Hoz" in Auxey Duresses, south-facing, deep white limestone soil.
    • Viticulture: Organic (Ecocert, 2022)
    • Vinification: The old vine and young vine sections are vinified and aged separately, younger vines are 60-85% de-stemmed and the older vines are 100% de-stemmed, ambient yeast fermentation in concrete tanks, foot punch-downs, aged for 12 months in barrels (10-15% new), blended and aged for an additional 2 months in tank.
