    This is the only white wine Berthaut-Gerbet produces. Chardonnay makes up a mere 3% of the appellation Champs des Charmes.

    SO2 is added after pressing and aims for 25 mg/L.

    Only 1,200 bottles were produced for 2017 vintage.
