• Terroir: From four parcels within the lieu-dit En Vignois, below the Château de Brochon, mid-slope sites, east to southeast-facing, clay-limestone soils.
• Viticulture: Domaine fruit, organic and biodynamic (not certified), massale selection plantings.
• Vinification: No added SO2 during vinification, 100% destemmed, pre-fermentation cool maceration, ambient yeast fermentation with punchdowns and pump-overs, aged for 12 months in barrels (up to 20% new), no fining, light filtration if necessary, SO2 added during aging and/or before bottling.
