    • Vinification: 30-50% whole cluster, 13-17 day ambient yeast fermentation in open-top wooden tanks. Aged for 16-18 months in barrels (15-25% new). No fining, no filtration.

    Nestled in the valley of Bürgstadt on the sharp southwest bend of the Main River, the Berg benefits from a mild, warm microclimate protected by the low mountain ranges of Odenwald and Spessart. The Bürgstadter Berg vineyard includes two “Grand Cru” sites, the Centgrafenberg and Hundsrück.
