    • Terroir: Located in the westernmost part of Franken, along the Main River, on a steep (45% incline) south-facing slope, interspersed with drystone walls, 220m altitude. Triassic soil with iron-rich red sandstone.
    • Viticulture: Organic methods (not certified), homemade composts, diverse cover crops.
    • Vinification: Gently crushed before pressing, ambient yeast fermentation in foudres, blocked malolactic fermentation. Aged for 8-10 months on the lees in foudres. No fining, light filtration when necessary.

    Only the second, and sometimes third, pick from Centgrafenberg is used for the GG cuvée.
