- Variety: Chardonnay
- Terroir: From the Savigny village-level parcels Les Planchots (90%) and Les Goudelettes (10%)
- Viticulture: These parcels are tended and cared for with a special kind of plant therapy since 2016. Fresh and fermented plants are used for mildew prevention, and whey is used for odium prevention. No sulfur in the vineyards, and only minimal doses of copper.
- Vinification: Directly pressed, decanted overnight, aged for 12 months in used barrels, no racking or bâtonnage, SO2 lightly adjusted before bottling.
