    The vineyard is located near quarries, which demonstrates the interesting rocky qualities of the soil. A small altar was built on this parcel by the domaine team to pay respect to the Bize family.

    The goal chez Bize is to harvest grapes that are both sufficiently ripe and have a good acidity to make wines that are precise, delicate, and reflect their terroirs.
